Inside Angles

Inside Angles Custom Framing Gallery has provided custom framing and art resource services in Holland since 1989. The business started at Spring Meadows, moved to Holland Meadows in 1999, then to its current location in the Angola Plaza last March.

Currently located near the corner of Angola and McCord, behind the Shell Station, at 6831 Angola Road, Inside Angles specializes in design and craftsmanship.

Customers have the greatest variety in frame selection and framing techniques, offered by Inside Angle’s experienced custom framers.

Inside Angles is doing extraordinary work making shadowboxes for collections, awards and memorabilia. Their designers are especially great at updating out of style framed images so the customer enjoys looking at them again.

Inside Angle’s current owner, Sue Runkle, took the reins from the founding framer, Janice Dempster, in 2009. She has begun practices to support all levels of affordability, including offering replacement mats and custom cut mats for ready-made framed at deeply discounted prices. In addition, the store’s “Mats for Education” program offers support for students and educators and there are special deals for artists preparing for shows.

Customers looking for just that right image in their home can find a fountain of resources at Inside Angles Custom Framing Gallery. This month, the business will host a one-man show featuring local artist Neil Frankenhauser. A gallery opening event on Friday, November 18, will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The public is invited to join us!

At Inside Angles, ‘We frame anything; practically!”

Living with Solutions/Shaklee

Hello, my name is Sue White. I have recently become a member of the Holland/Springfield Chamber of Commerce and am very excited to be a part of such a well respected community. I am fairly new to the area and am still learning a lot about my surroundings… so far, so good! My company is Living With Solutions and I am an Independent Shaklee Distributor. I have been a part of the Shaklee family for almost 15 years using the products and learning all I can on the subject of health. When I moved to the Toledo area from Michigan six years ago, I decided to pursue the business side of the company and hired my husband, Larry, to handle my computer work. Shaklee celebrates 56 years of business and integrity this year! We are the #1 natural nutrition company in the U.S. and Shaklee is the first company in the world to obtain “Climate Neutral” certification by totally offsetting its carbon emissions, resulting in net-zero impact on the environment. Pretty impressive! I work from home with my husband, and together we educate others on how to take better care of their families, homes and ultimately the planet. In addition, as a part of Living With Solutions, we have a website consulting service and we develop websites that are search engine friendly. I am looking forward to meeting more members of the Chamber and getting involved! For more information on our products and services, please contact Sue White: Toll Free at 866.542.1808; or online at suewhite@livingwithsolutions.com Be sure to visit our website at www.livingwithsolutions.com.

We are also affiliated with NAPEO (National Associated Professional Employer Organization), SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), as well as many state and local associations.

At HR Systems, we offer a wide range of services that are customized according to the needs of each company. We help companies focus on their core business by freeing management from the daily human resource responsibilities.

Our primary areas of service include but are not limited to the following:

Payroll and Payroll Tax Filing Workers’ Compensation & Unemployment
Risk Management and Safety Benefits
Human Resource Support & Consultation Training & Development
Compliance and Regulatory Issues Performance Management
Recruitment and Staffing Employee Handbooks
HR Audits

HR encompasses many disciplines as shown above. Most new or small businesses simply can’t afford to hire managers dedicated strictly to human resources. Therefore those responsibilities are often handed off to a CFO or Office Manager.

As a business owner you need to ask yourself two important questions:

  • Is this the best use of my managers’ knowledge, skills and abilities?
  • Do they have the necessary time and resources to keep up to date with all of the recent regulatory and compliance changes?

If you have employees and need a Human Resource function, let HR Systems help! For a fraction of the cost, HR Systems will customize our services to meet the needs of your organization. Services may be chosen individually or combined to provide a total outsourcing solution. Our programs allow the business owner to focus on what they do best…. generate revenue and grow their business. In addition, we not only advise, HR Systems will assist with the implementation of these services.

Our diverse and talented professional staff possesses proven and comprehensive knowledge, skills and abilities in each of their individual areas of expertise. HR Systems is located at:

Their assets neared $9.3 billion and more than $577 million was returned to members through life insurance and annuity benefits paid. An additional $73.8 million was returned to members as dividend payments and excess interest paid into life insurance and annuity certificates. Fraternal expenditures contributed were $23.3 million to support programs in member communities nationwide. “We have always been conservative in our investment practices,” said W. This approach has served the society well during the recent economic turmoil.” “ Modern Woodmen’s mission is to improve the quality of life for members,” said Massey. “We do this by providing financial security through life insurance and retirement products.”

Fraternal programs support members’ communities… Modern Woodmen has a nationwide membership of more than 755,000, of which Ohio is home to 37,983 Modern Woodmen members. Financial Advisor Dennis Linn believes that to truly become part of the community, one must invest time, energy and resources to make an area a better place to live. For this reason, he continues to become and remain an active member of the community. Mr. Linn is involved in organizations such as Rotary, the Holland/Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and his local church. Edward Jones continually encourages its Financial Advisors to become involved in their local community. It also invites them to participate in national service projects.
